Shipping

Our goal is to provide all customers with the material at the lowest overall cost. We have secured great pricing on freight to better service our customers. A customer is responsible to pay for all delivery charges as disclosed on the Invoice, unless other arrangements are made.

Shipments of masonry goods come from out of state, and or thus the scheduling will be allowed only after full Invoice Payment. Our board samples are available upon request and for the customer convenience can also be shipped by UPS, FedEx, and third party LTL shippers.

Working closely with our local trucking dispatch allows us to make your orders to arrive on time without any delays for your scheduled projects .

Pickups

All smaller orders are available to be picked up from our Northbrook showroom location. All contractors are welcome to pick building materials from our inventory / stock. Our associates are always happy to help upload heavier capacity materials on the site. Homeowners that have their own trucks are also welcome to pick up orders. Otherwise, we will be happy to provide other means of delivery.

Please give us a notice if you are sending in a carrier or your own truck, so we can make sure your material is ready to go.
