Installation

General Masonry Supply associate is trained to advise a preferred installation of the material but does not take responsibility for damages caused during the installation of any product. Installation is up to the discretion and expertise of the contractor/installer. To obtain installation cost for your newly purchased products you are welcome to contact or send a separate inquiry to our sister company General Masonry Services

Product Quality

Natural stone is subject to change piece by piece and lot by lot as it is a product of nature. Changes in color, veining, and texture are expected variations; therefore, General Masonry Supply Venture is not responsible for such variations. When making additional orders, it is the buyer’s responsibility to match the lot before the order is sent.

Delivery

A customer is responsible to pay for all delivery charges including, but not limited to General Masonry Supply delivery charges, UPS, FedEx, and third party LTL shippers. Our company is not responsible for damages caused on the route in the case that in-house delivery methods are not used (ex: UPS, FedEx, etc.). It is your responsibility to let us know of any special delivery requests at the time the order is placed such as blind delivery, Jobsite delivery, etc. General Masonry Supply is not responsible for damages caused by the detention of the material or unloading the material. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, extra charge for delivery will be added on for the returned material.

Payment

General Masonry Supply accepts payment via cash, check, credit/debit card, and wire transfer. Payments using a Visa/Mastercard require an additional 3.5 % handling fee and payments using American Express require an additional 4% handling fee. Failure to pay all charges listed on the invoice will result in canceling the order. Credit terms can be discussed after three Cash On Delivery (“COD”) payments. Once the full deposit payment is received, we will schedule your delivery or hold your material for 2 weeks. After this period, $125.00 per month handling & storage fee will be applied.

Returns

General Masonry Supply does not accept returns for credit after 30 days of the delivery. All claims of shortages or damages must be made on the same day the delivery is completed. All returned products are subject to a 30% restocking fee and return cartage if picked up by our trucks. There are no returns on bagged goods or loose masonry units. Customers are responsible for all collection costs. Under no circumstance can the product be returned tampered, fabricated, or used. Using the product is a confirmation that it has met your requirements. No claims after installation nor opened boxes.
